This home was built in 2005 and lovingly maintained. The exterior has been freshly painted and the water heater, dishwasher and disposal are new. Even the air conditioning was replaced in 2016. I think the word I’m looking for is “turnkey”.
Welcome Home
You open the door and enter the foyer…
and you can choose to either head upstairs to the tranquil bedroom or head back to the kitchen and family room. Either way, you pass through an archway. Rest or food? Hmmm….what time is it?
As you follow your nose toward the kitchen, you enter the spacious breakfast nook which is highlighted by arched openings peeking into the family room. What’s the score and what’s for dinner?
The kitchen offers room to whip up a quick snack or prepare a feast for a holiday gathering. An island and pantrys and lots of cabinets keeps everything within reach and little helpers involved but safely away from the stove.
When it’s time to entertain friends or family drops by on their way to Mickey’s Place, the formal dining room accommodates the meal nicely.
Snacks are just a few steps away when watching the big game in the family room. Conveniently located beside the kitchen the only question is…who’s turn is it to microwave the popcorn?
But what if you need some time away from the family? There’s a cozy den that’s just perfect for curling up with a good book while the kid’s are absorbed in the latest zombie apocalypse on Netflix.
Now that you are nice and relaxed, let’s talk about chores. I know, Bummer. But there is a very nice laundry room and a large two car garage. So while Dad handles the washing, folding and ironing, Mom can change the oil in her Vette….or not.
Time To Go Upstairs
Ah the master suite! That haven from the cares of the world where you can relax either in your cozy bed or by soaking in the tub. Anybody seen the bubble bath?

The home also has three other bedrooms and another full bath.
And a Bonus!
That’s right! There is a big bonus room. What will you do with it? An office? Or maybe an exercise room complete with yoga mats? But the kids will probably lay claim to it as their air conditioned playground in the summer. Smart kids.
Let’s Head Back Outside
As you top the stairs to go down, you pause for a moment to appreciate the dramatic arches and details of the staircase. The transom over the door, the oversized sidelight and the arched window in the door itself. Refined or just cool? You decide.
We end our description with a few words about the back yard. Large enough for touch football without the need for a John Deer tractor to maintain. Mature landscaping means the hard part of green thumbing has already been done for you. Peaceful and quiet. But close to everything Central Florida has to offer…and that’s saying a lot.
